Crispy falafel salad with a tangy 2 minute dressing

It's no big secret that we are big time lovers of falafel. Even more so when they are super crunchy and popped on a fresh crispy salad. YUM!

It's also no secret that we love sauces and dressings. Unfortunately many of these are loaded with hidden sugars, refined oils, artificial flavouring and preservatives which can add a nasty toxic blow to your otherwise healthy meal. No thanks!

So when I whipped up this tangy dressing yesterday I instantly knew it was too simple and too good not to share with you. It really adds an extra flavour punch which not only tastes good but is actually good for you too - Now that's more like it!

Serves 2

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons of nutritional yeast (optional)
1 Tablespoon of stoneground mustard (or mustard of your choice)
1 Tablespoon of Ahi Cider tonic (I used Original but any of the tonics would be fab!)

Method:
Mix in a small bowl with a fork and voilà!
